- Hydraulics is also used in wheel chairs. The mechanical wheel chairs make use of hydraulics to push the wheel chair forward.
- Hydraulics is also used in aircraft landing gears.
- Another use of hydraulic mechanism is seen in the lifts and elevators.
- The car lifts seen in petrol pumps and workshops for repairing and washing use hydraulics.
Thus we see that there has been an increasing use of hydraulics in daily lives. Hydraulic system has been associated with every use of people like escalators, cars, rolling stairs, wheel chairs, jacks etc. The hydraulic machinery is utilized in varied areas of daily life and in almost all of the industries. It has become more and more popular because it delivers more mechanical power as output with very low input efforts applied to it.
