RELIABLE HYDRAULICS :
The Low Hydraulic system is designed as per international practices & assembled with internationally reputed make components from Rex roth/Vickers/Polyhydron/Dowty etc. valves are mounted on a specially designed compact manifold block minimising piping & chances of leakage. Double sealing arrangement prevents scratching of bore in case of seal failure & back up eal offers additional sealing enabling to use machine for some time at a little pressure drop while awaiting seal replacements, thus avoiding downtime.

CYLINDERS :
The cylinder assembly is complete with gun metal bushes, wiper seals, 'O'-rings, & Rod seals to give leakproof operation, Ram is hardchrome plated to give longer seal life & Corrosion resistance. Seamless honed barrel(steel) will be used to give longer seal life.

STRUCTURE :
The frame of the machines is fabricated out of ultrasonically tested quality plates & ully stress-relieved after welding for longer life of the machines. For vertical machine, all the guide & upport pillars are duly ground & hard chrome plated for any dent, scratch & corrosion resistance & nore strength.

COOLING SYSTEM :
An adjustable cooling nozzle, cooling pipe, a coolant pump coupled with electric motor will be provided to cool the job during operation of the machine.

OVERLOAD CONTROLLER DEVICE :
In case the customer desire overload Controlled Broaching machine, the device will be connected to the machine on Extra cost. The device prevents overloading machine which in turn reduced the maintenance cost, down time & prevents breakages of costly broaches.

PRINCIPLE :
A strain gauge based pressure transducer is connected to the hydraulic power pack or to a tapping anywhere in the hydraulic circuit. This pressure transducer senses the oil pressure in the Hy. Cct & in turn determines the load on the broach. The pressure is converted into proportional electric signals which are averaged & amplified by the controller. The amplified load signal is digitized & displayed on a 7 segment LED display. A variable set point potentiometer is provided which can be set for any desired load. The amplified load signal is compared with this set point signal & if it exceeds the latter, the comparator energizes the overload relay. The relay trips the motor of the Jump & the action is annunciated on the display.

BROACH & BROACH HOLDER :
We don't supply broach for the operation, along with our machine, but if desired by the customer we can arrange the same on Extra Cost.

ELECTRICALS :
The electrical panel is mounted on right side of frame. The electricals consists of motor starter with overload & single phasing preventor & other components like contractor, relays etc. of reputed make. The panel is wired as per the general industrial electrical standards.
