POWER PACK UNIT:
1.The low noise Hydraulic system is designed as per international practices and assembled with internationally reputed make components.

2. Valves are mounted on a specially designed compact manifold block minimising pipings and chances of leakages. The large sized oil reservoir provides adequate cooling.

3. Imported sealing kit prevents scratching of bore in case of seal failure and backup seal offers additional sealing enabling to use machine for sometime at a little pressure drop while awaiting seal replacement, thus avoiding downtime.

STRUCTURE:
The all steel structure of SANTEC Press Brakes consist of side frames, ram, I-Beam type table and pair of levers manufactured from ultrasonically tested steel plates. All sections are designed to give minimum deflections and maximum rigidity as per international standards. Pair of hydraulic cylinders are synchronised by a heavy duty torque tube welded to the levers. This offers absolute parallelism between them and table working surfaces.

Operations: Santec Press Brakes have three operational modes for operators greater convenience and least fatigue which can be selected from the panel door mounted selector switch.

Inch cycle: This mode is used for setting bed angle depth stroke. The ram movement (up down) can be controlled at any described position from foot switches.

Autocycles: The cycle (Approach-Pressing-Return) is continuously repeated once this cycle is selected. This mode is useful for continuous repetitive work where stroke length can be adjusted to suit the job and the operators speed and rhythm.
