2. Rolf Heating/Cooling Method Electric Catridge Heaters of 2.5 KW capacity fitted at the centre of the roll - Cooling is not possible in these Rolls. Through Rotary Joints (Internal piping of brass tube & fitting) with water & steam circulation.
3 Housings 4 Nos- Cast Iron with C class Antifriction Spherical roller bearings & heat resistant oil seal will also be provided on both side of roll bearings to prevent the leakage of grease lubrication. 4 Nos. Cast Iron with C class Antifriction Spherical roller bearings & heat resistant oil seal will also be provided on aoth side of roll bearings to Drevent the leakage of grease ubrication.
4. Max. Working Temperature 50-200 degree eel. On working surface of the roll. As per Steam Temperature.
5. Roll Speeds Front Roll - 20 r.p.m. Back Roll - 18 r.p.m. Friction Ratio - 1:1.11 The rpm of the roll can be changed to even speed 20 rpm in place of 18 rpm by hand wheel change over mechanism. * Variable A.C. Drive is also fitted on request -ront Roll - 26.7 r.p.m. Back Roll -34.3 r.p.m. Friction Ratio - 1:1.27 The rpm of the roll can be changed to even speed by hand wheel change over mechanism.
6. Roll Gap/Nip Adjustment Bonfiglioli make worm reduction gear box hand wheel operated will be fitted to threaded spindle with Phos. Bronze Bush and dial indicator of scale 0.0mm will be provided to adjust the fine thickness of plastic/PVC compound. Bonfiglioli make worm reduction gear box hand wheel operated will be fitted to threaded spindle with Phos. Bronze Bush and Indicator will be provided to adjust the fine thickness of rubber compound sheet. Working Nip range will be 0.2 to 3mm. Total Nip Opening will be approx. 30mm.
7. Drive Motor 5H.R, 1000r.p.m.,415/380V AC, 50Hz, 3 phase TEFC type- 7.5H.R, 1440r.p.m. TEFC, 415/380VAC, 50HzT 3 phase ABB/Siemens make.
8 Transmission Worm Reducer Gear Box of Redicon/Shanti/Bonfiglioli make - Input coupled to motor shaft & output coupled to rear & front roll by chain sprocket independent to each roll. Chain Sprocket made from EN-9 forged steel with hob generated teeth. The Output Shaft of Bonfiglioli make helical geared motor will be coupled directly to rear roll by chain coupling. The front roli is driven through a set of gears.
