‘SANTEC’ World wide research has shown that majority of hydraulic system failure are caused by accumulation of contaminants in the oil. High cost of oil replacement encourages its overuse. If filtered regularly, oil can be recycled 3-4 times thus reducing considerably, machine down time and oil replacement cost.

We bring you the Portable Oil Filtration and Transfer Unit OFT-1- a perfect solution for lubricant recycling and contamination control. OFT-1 is designed to filter contaminated oil, having viscosity up to 1000 cST (4545 SUS). This portable unit canbe used to filter and re-circulate lubricants, without shutting down the machine. It is also for transfer of oil from drums to machine reservoirs, as it filters while it transfers.

The portable Filtration unit includes:

• Hydraulic gear pump having flow capacities of 16, 30 or 60 lpm.
• Single phase electric motor
• Inlet filter of 149µ rating, with a clogging indicator.
• Additional fine filter up to 3µ (on request). Also available with Aquamicron/Betamicron filters for moisture removal.
• Flexible hoses with rigid end connections.

Clogging Indicator
The intake filter, delivery filter and fine filter (optional) are provided with clogging indicator.

Magnetic Filter
The magnetic filter provided in all models picks up ferrous and other magnetic particles.
