Injection Unit:
1. Geometrically design gas nitrided screw for high plasticizing capacities
2. Phosphorous bronze / ultra bronze bushes with lubrication arrangement fitted in the moving platen ensure perfect alignment of the mould halves & improves the expensive moulds life.
3. Pre-suck back function.
4. Variable speed hydraulic motor "Danfoss" make, provided directly for screw movement.
5. Injection movement is actuated by two hydraulic cylinders for perfect alignment to clamp unit.
6. Larger moulds capacity due to increased opening stroke, mould thickness & space between tie bars.
7. Mould pre-advance feature moves the mould free of ejector system, thus allowing inserts to be placed in the mould.
8. Mould safety arrangement with low pressure mould safety to avoid damage to the expensive moulds.
9. Electrically interlocked safety guard.
10. Injection unit carriage moves automatically for sprue breaking. Manually operated electro-hydraulic control provides additional movement for affording ready access to the nozzle & the mould.

Clamping Unit:
1. Twin hardened toggle clamping unit.
2. Clamping force may be adjusted upto maximum figure to suit size of the mould.
3. Multiple stroke hydraulic ejector.
4. 'T' slots platen for heavy duty moulds.
5. High tensile & hard chrome plated tie rods of larger diameters.

Hydraulic Unit:
1. Proportional electro- hydraulic relief & flow control valves that saves energy upto 30%
2. Hydraulic oil overheating shut down & alarm
3. Maintenance is very easy & less time cusuming as all valves are mounted on a manifold block which are easily accessible & leakages of oi is minimised.
4. All cylinders are manufactured as per international designs & standards, all imported seals are used in the cylinders.

Operation:
Both PLC Controlled with display unit & contactor or relay based are available in throughout 'SANTEC' machines. Customer has to indicate the type of machine operation required.
