Rubber Injection Moulding Presses
'Santec' is pleased to announce that we are going to launch state of the art technology based fully Automatic "Rubber Injection Moulding Press". The live demonstration of the machine can be seen at forthcoming "India-Rubber Expo-2005" to be held in February 2005 at Mumbai, India

The Important Features of this Machine are as follows :

9. Closed loop speed control of three Injection steps & exact positioning due to use of rotary encoders.
10. Accurate Temp. regulation by PLC - Allen- Bradly Make
11. Variable pump with proportional pressure & flow control

CLAMPING :
1. Clamping cylinder deliver fast approach, slow pressing for better productivity.
2. All steel heating platens are ground flat & parallel to plus minus 0.02 mm per feet.
3. T-Slots for mould mounting are provided other designs also available as per customer's requirement.
4. Car tridge heaters (S.S.) provide uniform heat throughout the platens.
5. Ceramic based "syndanyo" Insulation sheet of proper thickners are provided to avoid heat transfer thus save energy.

INJECTION UNIT :
1. Reciprocating screw design
2. Two-stage FIFO systems
3. Hy.Cylinders retract the nozzle & break the sprue.
4. Temperature controlled injection barrel is hardened for long life.
5. Intefral closed-loop temperature control system provides precise control of injection unit temperature.

Electrical Controls :
1. Allen-Bradley make touch screen display PLC system operates the machines.
2. Individual PID-digital type temp. controllers (FUJI make) control the temperature of the platens precisely according to the requirement.
3. Both Auto /manual mode of operations.
4. Dust proof powder coated Electrical panel.

Safety :
1. Photo electric guards are provided in front of each machine for operator's safety. 2. Two hand push Buttons are also provided.

Optional :
Upper & lower hydraulilc ejectors, lower slide platens, vacuum chamber & electronic safety gates are offered as optional.
