‘SANTEC’ introduced these versatile presses with a modular transfer unit available both in 4-pillars type design & ‘C’ Frame design. They are used for precise moulding of encapsulated electronics, medical products, ‘O’ rings, insert moulded plugs & connectors, spark plugs, rotors, sensors & other automobile Rubber & Plastic parts and many other applicatons.

Standard features of these transfer moulding presses include precision four- pillar construction for rigidity & platen level & parallism. Round stainless steel cartridge heated insulated high carbon steel platens provide precise temperature control of moulds with the help of imported PID type temperature controllers (FUJI make) for better quality results. Independent temperature controllers for each heating platens ensure uniform cure tempertaures.

All pillars are ground & hard chrome plated. An integral hydraulic system features 4 double pumps (plunger cum gear). Flow control value provides adjustable oil flow which further control transfer & pressing speed. Pressure relief valve is provided for setting of desired pressure & safety of hydraulic system.

These presses are available in economical model (open body type) with or without Allen-Bradley make touch type display screen. PLC & regular model (fully covered type)-PLC with touch type display screen PLC (Allen-Bradley make).
